TO ALL VILLA FANS

Mcleish is set to sign a 3 year deal tommorrow and looks set to sign Dann and Foster as his first
signings which would be decent signings regardless of coming from the blues.

Now i'm a die hard Villa fan and Mcleish ent my first choice but come on wee was never gonna get moyes like we all wanted but if Mcleish can win the carling cup with blues and the scottish cup with hibs then provided Randy opens his pockets Mcleish hopefully can bring silverware to Villa and end our 15 year drought

I was also felt the fans who graffitied the training ground and protested just shamed the club and the rest of us fans over the years we've had lot's of rubbish managers and some good now's the time to give him a chance and see what villa achieve and if the Football is boring to watch so be it if it gets results we'll all be happy if not he won't be our manager for long!

SO PLEASE WE ALL JUST NEED TO SUPPORT OUR CLUB AND STOP THESE STUPID PROTESTS BY MINORITY'S WHICH MAKE THE REST OF US FEEL SICK

When people bleat on about managers given time etc etc like Fergie at Man Utd to turn things around well, that is in the past and its about time we get down to what football really is and that is a results business. Any manager is only as good as his last few results and if it is McLeish then he will need to hit the ground running straight away with his signings and results in order to try and sway the AVFC fans that don't hate him already. I don't like McLeish purely because that we have dragged our club through all this nonsense for what is a second rate manager. Anybody can be a manager of Celtic/Rangers and win the league (didn't McLeish finish outside the top 3 and also relegate Motherwell) and it none it bodes well for AVFC. . For gods sake Randy who is advising u about McLaren and McLeish being good managers???!

I totally agree with what your saying but the man is going to be our manager if we like it or not, we now need to get behind the team (and him) nxt season and lets hope we get our club back where we know it should be, as we say we are the twelth man.

Mclaren is a good club manager, not a good international manager, much better credentials than mcleish

hey guys. .im a Rangers fan i found it hard to listen to when a villa fan said on sky sports any guy can win silver. . have a bit of respect like we do for u guys big ek i give u that his football is s**t style of play as a seson ticket holder for 10 years i remember being bored at games he is a diffrent style of manager but give the guy his chance he is gona work with u guys if it kills him respect right ther for the record i understand why u don't want him for his style of play but on the otherhand he is gona do his all for u b a real fan and back ure club as i have done up here!
