Swing we are now linked to some Belgian lad who plays in Italy. Does anyone actually know anything about him. Also derby about to sign Cameron Jerome for just 1.5m surely we should have looked at him. Will score goals at this level and he is quick.

Apparently Huddersfield and Bournemouth in for him aswell so must be decent. Jerome is a bang average blue nose, sod him.

The ex blue nose?
Not for me thanks.

Seeing as we've got tuppence 'alfpenny in the war chest/ pencil case, and we need at least 1 striker, if ulloa comes in, that still won't be enough i think, so why not go for someone like steven naismith at norwich, they want rid, someone said on the radio that he'll be due a contract extension if he carrys on playing so the carrott crunchers want him gone, a lot of you will say too old, not prolific enough, but his assist rate isn't too bad and his intelligence might just be what we need in 'second phase' football in the box?
By the way, glad to see Paul Lambert back in the saddle, i know again loads on here don't like him, but i thought he done well dealing with a chairman who wanted big money players out, and young unknowns in, ever changing transfer funds, and no support from lerners' lackeys at the club, so good luck Mr. Lambert, you never got the chance you were promised, be lucky!

Nice thinking from outside the box again 82, wanna borrow my riot shield.?

UTV.

Agree 82 very harshly treated. And I am behind whoever comes in because they're here to help.

Naismith was quality at Everton, seems to have just lost confidence or form since he left. I like Lambert to be honest, his football was awful and his post match interviews were shocking but he kept us in the league with little to no money, some of his signings were absolute bargains and excellent players and he did deliver one occasion, Chelsea at home 1-0, stoke away 4-1. He was honest, respectable and did a job that after he left others with a bigger budget failed to do. So fair play to him, apparently he blew the stoke board away with his knowledge of the squad and his plan going forward so I wish him all the best.
