After the Palace game Sherwood said that Amavi would learn from his mistake and become a better player, if he does the same and learns from his own mistake then we will be ok and go from strength to strength as we now have some class players. He has just got to find the right system and stick to it

Man Utd didn`t progress under Ferguson to start with did they, in fact I think you will find he was only a couple of games away from the sack, sit tight mate and chill out.
And yes I rate Tim as a young up and coming manager with a lot to learn, give the bloke some slack, he will make mistakes all managers do in every walk of life, 38 games in a season not 5.

I will wait a. Few more games and then give an opinion based on him spending as much in 3months as PL spent in his total tenure.
