I know you will all disagree but having thought about it and watched the youth a lot not spending loads of money can only be a good thing. I really like our youth we don't need eg a striker we have RHM Davis to help hogan and mCcormack and gabby an kodjia when his back. Steve Bruce brought players in January and they havnt really worked bar taylor and Johnstone so why not give youth ago there hungry and from what I have seen more than capable. Our squad including youth and players out on loan is huge so let's look at our youth judging Steve Bruces signings so far i would say youth is a better option anyway! Go on hit that disagree button but let's not forget Bruce himself questioned some of his signings.

It's no secret that the top 6 sides in championship that 5 are managed by foreign coaches,
We missed a trick with sacking garde who spent sod all but had to put up with players causing trouble behind the scenes and getting no backing from the board,
now wE have a manager who tactical is inept.

Bruce is not the manager to take us forward,
He is very tactically inept and when we do take a 1 goal lead it's always defend that lead at all costs,
To defensive for my liking,
I really hope we go up next year but I'm not convinced by this guy,
We have some decent players but for whatever reasons we seem to play these guys out of there preferred positions,
They looked good at there previous clubs but when they come here they look completely different players
You must look at the manager and coaches for this problem,
We get the same excuses after every game from him,
Please change the record Bruce it's getting very tedious now,
If after 10 games next season we are not in the top 2 then I would get rid,
In fact left to me he should go now,

Bob i respect your view, I actually think you make some good points I said many a time that tactics are not Bruces bag and we are only bothard about the transfer budget because his not getting the best out of his players so far ask yourself this if the same players was back on market this summer would you get your money back? However he needs more time to spend with the squad I think when your playing game after game in the championship its hard to get your style across because you spend less time on the training pitch. He has a proven record at this level so for that reason should be given time. Getting a manager in from abroad is not always the answer remi garde was useless mate so was Rdm. Iam not saying Bruce is great but I can understand him and his honest. We need to get rid of all the bad boys at Villa Gabby Grelish Micah Bacuna there attuide is wrong and it spills out on the pitch! We need people with hutton attuide 1st in training gives 100 percent everyweek. We need to change the attuide in the club not the manager.

When a manager comes in to villa and then suggests that gabby is worthy of another contract then that tells me all I want to know if he is worthy of being villa manager!

Yeah, because abroad they don't have managers who finish bottom of any of the league or play terrible football. And even if they did, they'd probably sack them and get someone in from overseas. Foreign is best as we know.

I will give any manager who is in charge of my club a chance to impress,
But with the games that Bruce has been in charge the football on offer is the worse I have seen for many years,

The number of games where we are 1-0 up then we defend for our lives against even the worse teams in the division,
