With our season coming to an end, fighting for top half. Where do we need to strengthen in the summer? Injuries are ridiculous at the moment but the squad is showing the quality it has. Baring in mind McCormack, Tshibola, Veretout and Gil will all be back of loan, who do you sell and who / where do we need reinforcements?

SB will have to do the business to convince him to stay when the sniffing starts.

Right back is an area where we have more than enough cover so I don't quite see where you're going with that. Had you forgot De Laet? (easily done to be fair)
I'd like a really strong, dominant centre-half; like Samba in his prime (but probably not Samba today)
An experience goalkeeper is a must. Asmir Begovic would be my first choice. Surely he is bored with life at Chelsea now?
A left winger with real pace and good delivery would make a massive difference to us. There was talk of us going for Gradel from Bournemouth in the last transfer window and I would be happy with that. If I was being greedy, I guess another forward wouldn't go amiss (although I think Gradel can play up top as well)
I'd also keep Tshibola. He looks like a Bruce type player to me. With a full pre-season in a better side I think we could see the best of him
The exits are going to be just as important.

Most controversially, Grealish, with a heavy heart and only if we got good money for him. The kid's an idiot. I know it comes with the territory at his age but if he's too stupid to see what he is putting in jeopardy we should cash in if we can.

Think the right back positions more than covered mate. I'd probably keep Gil and Veretout, Veretout could force his way into the first 11 I reckon and Gil although too lightweight would be a brilliant option off the bench. Sanchez is already gone mate, think his contracts up.
Hopefully keep Kodjia but if he did go it would be 30+ million I think in today's market and considering his contract. Big Ben would be a dream to come back, if palace got relegated I could see it as every week I see a new picture of him arguing with team mates because they just don't deliver the ball and such, however there would be so many prem and foreign clubs interested in him.

I see the argument for a centre back a lot, unless we're spending big money would they get into the squad if we play with a centre back pairing? Baker and Chester with Jedinak in front of them haven't lost a game yet. Goalkeeper is a no brainer and Begovic is a brilliant call if we could tempt him, would be loads of clubs after him. I'd probably want a right mid more than a left, Green looks quality and Bjarnson is a good option there.
However after adomah on the right we have no one, unless we could get someone like forrestieri or gradel like you mention I'd rather see a right sided winger than left, although most of them play both sides these days. If the midget hasn't sorted out his attitude and weight then we definitely need to sell and get someone in, Abraham on loan, nahki wells with McCormack and cash, just don't want to see us over spending as we did last summer.
Big call re Grealish, can see your point, needs to get himself healed and prove himself before the end of the season. Has proved to be childish and stupid a couple of times this season, the hotel incident and forest away, however I've been reading this week about how he's been doing double sessions with Calderwood and working on end products, studying his game and improving, hopefully see some improvement soon or else it would be a case of getting the most cash while we can, although I do think he is one the best options we can hope for off the bench in this league,

Agree with Mendax, seems grealish and mcshortfarce used to socialize, so it seems the boy is keeping the wrong type of company, so he needs to be frizbeed off double-quick lively, Tishbola has been showing his maturity inhaling balloon gas, hence why bruce biffed him off, and his attitude is a bit non-humble.
to coin a phrase, bin amavi, he'll never be the same after the injury, ask yourself how many crunching tackles he's gone for (but i hope he proves me wrong! ), i'd like us to go for ollie watkins again, mentioned us going for him then but exeter rebuffed us, definitely go for him this summer, i hope we go for sean cummings of millwall, great defender, no fear and athletic too, also i'd try and nab shane ferguson from millwall as well, quality midfielder.
i've heard we're after 1 or 2 others as well, but leeds seem to get wind of it somehow?, almost every time, i was hoping we were going to nab karacan after his release from turkish football but bolton hooked him first, and i reckon samba will sign too, elphick will most likely leave, shame but that's showbiz!

If Leeds don't go up I can't see them getting any players off us. Anyone telling you Grealish and McCormack have been going out together is lying to you mate.

We should keep jack freakish, think he has learned from his mistakes. he, s been putting in extra shifts in training with calderwood he wants to do good for the team. get rid of gill, veretout, Sanchez, macormac. bring in another keeper and someone down the right hand side. the injuries are of the scale in this league, but we should have one or two coming back shortly.
