as a bcfc fan i don't visit this page much but with mcleish saga im just wondering how many of you want it and how many don't want to go to villa park. also just something else if he was to join you what is the likelyhood of you signing some blues players like foster johnson and dann who have been linked to many prem teams like villa.

As a Villa fan i don't see him as a blue nose he's a half decent manager who managed to win a trophy with little funds to spend and a team which on paper should never of beaton arsenal in the final, Even though i know alot of people will protest if he does become the manager but if he can emulate the same success trophy wise with villa i'll be happy and i reckon we'll sign foster regardless of if he's the new manager or not

Im happy to see him leave he was too negative and i know people will say we didn't have the players but he played jerome up top on his own and left phillips and derbyshire on the bench all season. hopefully reports about hughton zola and di matteo are true as they play gd football. as for foster i still believe he will stay for 1 season and if we don't go straight up he will leave. if he does leave then i think arsenal are favourites to sign him before villa

Brum have already released statements that your top 5 players will need to be sold as you can't afford their wages in the championship with the massive drop in revenue thus foster, dann, johnson, gardener and jerome are being touting to be sold

Our highest paid players are zigic jerome mcfadden gardner and foster. the 2 cb johnson and dann are on low wages as we took a risk signing them from championship sides when we were promoted and that's why we can wait and demand high fees for them.

this is fact, if you can get a bet on it, then put a few bob on Ruud Gullit being Villa boss by the weekend {Ed011's Note - He is apparently on the verge of getting sacked from his job in Russia
