Very interesting to read the positive comments about Hogan.
Now playing to his strength he is proving himself.
Has SB now decided to play people where they best perform, not by numbers?
The Viking looked the business in the middle, Snodgrass played like a player looking for a contract. Fell over a few times but don't they all?
Jack looked like he promised to be a coupLe of years back.
All round a solid if not exciting match. Makes you wish that we had not had a s. t December!

“Playing to his strength” how? He’s doing exactly what all the “he needs the right service” singers were saying he couldn’t, scoring headers, winning balls in the air and adapting. I think Scott’s adapted to suit is more than we’ve adapted to suit us, no doubt Steve Agnew coming in have helped but he’s in form at the minute and making use of any service he gets. Just shows he’s not a one trick pony who needs “the right kind of service” as we’ve heard for the last 12 months.

Best part of yesterday, was the confidence and belief back in hogan. Looked quality on and off the ball, proved me wrong, and I’m pleased to say. Can see the squad love him, and he seems humble and genuine. Top bloke.
Front two of Ulloa and hogan anyone? Yes please!

He looking like the Brentford hogan. And up top with Ulloa would be quality.
Snoddy has been great last few games. Looks like new coach is doing the trick.

I’m not sold on Snoddy, sounds daft I know, although he was quality yesterday. Seems flat footed to much fir a winger.
Bey I get pelters for that one! Lol.

Agree 100% about ulloa and Hogan up top.
Always thought him to be a top striker with service,
Snodgrass has suppised me he looks the business now,

Snodgrass had another belter, was really pleased for hogan putting another one in the back of the net. starting to look like the player he was at brentford. Thought the whole team played very well. Another striker this window would be great. was a bit taken aback to learn moyes tried to recall snodgrass. to my mind he, s entrenched now as a villa player, would be gutted if we could, nt hang on to him, VILLA FOREVER!

Really chuffed for Hogan and Thor both seemed to look the part but now are actually acting the part. Snodgrass did initially look like he was going through the motions and lacked drive and desire but last 3 games has really impressed! Won man of match yesterday and goodness postmatch interview seemingly bonding with club and fans. Some really interesting weeks ahead! UTV.

I agree with Snodgrass, although he is in a purple patch at minute he does lack that bit of pace, he gets away with it in this league but premier league would be different, probably why he played behind the striker at Hull. His experience showed yesterday though, he had their fullback on strings, even in situations where we should have lost the ball he would buy a foul from nothing.

Definitely mate he was brilliant still don't think we play to his style but his trying so hard and the hard works paying off. We are on a good run bar the FA Cup so let's see where it can go I thought bjarnson worked hard aswel. Hooters in forrest was great flackie you would of loved it. On to the next game UTV.
