Grant Holt has signed for us lol. Would love to here lambert speak to Lerner about these transfers. How can he sack o'neill for bad transfers and we have 11 strikers and can't find the back of the net. Next we will sign Ron Atkinson lol

This is all about desperation, the guy Holte might score a few goals for us, but hardly a statement of our intentions to progress.

Hi Mendax, the amount he has been allowed to spend dictates that he shops in the lower end of the market and hopes to develop his buys.
Unfortunately our league performances mean that the opportunity to develop these players by getting them on the pitch is severely limited.
If we could get a gap on the lower half of the table so that they play without fear PL might just give some of them a better chance.
I agree that there is no style and nobody to create a style.
Style players cost. and that's where we came in!

Surely 2 class players better than 10 S--T, Those players bought are championship at best (PL bought then)
