Many other teams in championship have managers with no championship experience an have scouted young managers across europe. that's the way to go for me some1 whose younger with fresh ideas an who will play attractive footie . we villa fans deserve more than this 💩 that bruce is giving us .7months an no improvement its a joke don't like sacking managers but he has too go we are going bckwards again.

It takes a manager with courage to play youth look at fergie, oleary at leeds, spurs manager playing youth . i'd play them with a mix of experience players . our youth set up is quality an has been dwn the years . but now we have a crop of about half a dozen good young players.

Can't see o'hare and de laet in the starting 11. They played last night. Maybe on the bench. Strong feeling jedi and snodgrass will both start. Need 3 points.

O'hare and de laet will probably not be in team,
In my opinion they should be,
Bruce will stay with your usual suspects,
O'hare and Hayes would give us more energy in midfield,
On Saturday we were legless all over pitch,
Being saying for ages we are the most unfit side in championship,
We can't press teams for longer than a few minutes,

Don't know what other villa fans think but is it about time some of the young kids get more of a chance now,
Bruce praises the likes of o'hare and Hayes but seems more intent of going down the experienced road,
This has failed up to now in my opinion,
Once again the kids did great last night but Bruce will not give them a more playing time even from the bench,
Oh to have a manager with more faith in kids coming through.
