Just putting it out there but loads of fans want Dean Smith to replace Bruce!
We know he is a villa fan but can you honestly see him taking it in the situation we are in?
I'm not so sure really.
But we are still waiting to hear from anybody if Bruce is staying or not.
Come on Dr tell us fans what's going on,
We deserve that don't We!

Villa fan.
Bruce is ok doing what he does and where he does it, in the championship with older sides.
He is very limited on the technical aspects of the game, so ends up playing one style of football and nothing more.
His pulling power as you call it, baring JT, pulls in older men who struggle over a long campaign, and who want a final swansong.
Bruce will never produce a young exciting side, that's how it is, it is a real shame because he is well liked, well respected, and a very nice guy.
This is only my opinion, so spare the slating.

Gents. In terms of attracting new people it doesn't matter if it is Bruce, Smith or the Queen of Sheba, agents will be doing everything to steer their players away from us while our future and finances remain so uncertain.
Can't blame them. Would you accept a job offer from House of Fraser this week?

Given that Wyness has more knowledge than most about Villa's financial problems, he either has inside knowledge that Villa have more money than what is being reported, or he couldn't care less about the clubs welfare, or indeed if it's the final nail because he was only in it for what he can get from the club himself, personally I would go with the latter.

We can't comment until we know the full story my friend for all we know Dr. Tony is the bad guy. Look Dr. Tony can't afford to run Aston Villa for what ever reason Keith Wyness was thinking of the Villa fans and tryed to get the club sold to somebody who can actually run it now Dr Tony don't want to sell even tho he can't afford to run it he wants investors which never works because they will argue over things and have differnt views.
I don't think Villa are in as bad a trouble as people make out but if you are looking at somebody to blame its Dr. Tony for paying them so much and Bruce for buying these old over the hill players and agreeing huge wages for them. Wyness isn't a friend of mine its just we spoke a lot when we seen each other. Untill we know the full picture let's just not judge anybody.

i actually think we are in more trouble than we think. Just a hunch but i think all the talk of not being able to get cash out of china etc is just a smokescreen from the snake oil salesmen to cover for the fact that there is no money. i desperately hope i am wrong but i think we are looking at the darkest period in our history.

Alot of focus on the sale of player's.
People seem to forget that we have other assets that can be used to cover the £40m.
Firstly the compensation package from bodymoor heath v HS2.
Then we have naming rights to the ground. If it means keep us afloat and funds to keep/ bring in players then I wouldn't mind it becoming the. Genting Stadium (be a good addition to Resorts World brand)
Also if his pockets are deeper in China than here - buy a Chinese club and do what Man City did with Lampard.
