Things can only get better (d. ream)
The only way is up (yazz)
Tubthumping (chumbawumba)
Always look on the bright side of life (monty python)
Walk (the foos)
Absolute beginners (bowie)
Or more appropriately the circus music. (The foos song doesn't quite fit but can't bring myself 2 make a list of songs without putting a foos song in there! )

How about"tragedy"by the bee gees!

11 Mar 2016 12:30:42
Or what about"you've given me, nothing but shattered dreams"by johnny hates jazz!

11 Mar 2016 12:38:42
Or how about the little ditty to sing to randy lerner "please release us, let us go, because we don't want you anymore"by englebert humperdick, and i reckon you could easily change some of them lyrics to make it more earthy, i'm sure he'd definitely get the message!

Rage against The Machine do a lovely ditty called " Know Your Enemy"

11 Mar 2016 13:38:34
Years ago they used the theme to the TV show The Power Game.
There are enough musicians in the city and supporters to boot, perhaps one of them could write a new ditty for us?
Alternatively Ozzy and Paranoid would be a good fit.

Or;how about talking heads-road to nowhere? and for a little bit of gallows humour, bucks fizz-land of make believe, or star ship-nothings going to stop (save) us now!
