Im a Liverpool fan but i was just wondering if any of you would like Gary Mcalister to be considered?!
From what i can remember in his short spell as Manager he did orite and notched up wins against Arsenal and Liverpool, Just want to know what you think?

Yeah he weren't bad i'd prefer him to stay on as number 2 to be fair though

Just read on news now Moyes won't come to Villa as he sees us as a club which is selling our best players and coyle doesn't want to be seen as second best after Martinez was approached before him so who's left Ranieri?
as Villa have already snubbed McClaren and Hughes the candiates are getting fewer and fewer for a job alot of managers should be jumping to do
Would love to see Van Gaal? Klinsmann? or Rijkaard? but guess it will be Grayson?

Not particularly a Villa supporter but my mate is so I see a lot of Villa games on TV (live in Spain). I wish the club well but hope you get Mclaren as manager if that means you keep Downing. He played well for Villa last season but I don't fancy him at LFC.
Hope Villa have a god one next season so I don't have a miserable neighbour :)

Yeah ok mate if Villa were in the spl we would have no issue beating all of the teams in the league as noone even considers your league as competitive and you get spanked in the champs league every season lets be honest any top player would pick Villa to play for before Rangers as your league doesn't amount to anything your just a club of a fair size playing against teams which shouldn't even be on the same pitch week in week out with the exeption of celtic your only competitive rival least in the prem there is 8 top teams competing for the top spots manu city chelsea aresnal liverpool everton spurs and villa obviously the first 4 for champs league the next two trying to break into the champs league and the last two are consistantly competing for european places now please stay on your own site Villa fans don't wanna listen to Rangers rubbish
