What strikes me about both of them ( when I have heard them) is that they are both really thick. Barton just does a better job of masking it than Stan does.

David Plats birthday, hope he has a good one . don't know if anybody else has noticed, but he is the only ex player who never has a good word for Villa . He seems to forget, that Villa took him from Crew and turned him into an England player. A certain Sid Cowerns, made him with his on a sixpence passes . He appears to have a very short memory . I'm going to sound like Kingvilla now but I was suggesting to a colleague a few weeks ago that I would go for Gayle. So, I hope our interest is genuine.
Direct, pace to burn, young and a good finisher. Would be great in Championship. Bamford alongside him would be ideal.

I do mate. Lack of goals is what killed us last year. Dr Xia has said he sees us buying 6-7 players. I'd make that 2 strikers, 2 midfield players, 2 defenders and a goalkeeper.
